Visiting the VALLEY OF A THOUSAND
HILLS we enjoy a full day walk and drive tour. It is
here we meet with local Zulu people and experience real
Village culture and hospitality. The community-based
tour guide will educate and demonstrate to us traditional
values of the Zulu people. This is a tour that is definitely
not for your average tourist as each day is different
and involves active participation into the interesting
lives of the Zulu people.

the guest of a Zulu family in the village you begin
to ponder on the traditional values of these amazing
people. The adventure starts with the Face to Face daytrip
and while guests return to Durban you stay on to enjoy
an evening with this highly sociable community. A percentage
of the above two tours is donated to the community development

A
full day tour incorporating walking and driving, you
choose! This tour is broken into two parts allowing
the guest to choose what best suits their ability and
interest in the Drakensberg. As this is a world heritage
site, this tour is highly recommended. A choice of hiking
to bushman paintings or 4 by 4 your way into Lesotho
is offered. Alternatively you can opt for the three-day

full day driving tour that covers the Valley of Thousand
hills and one of Durban’s local reserves. Rhino,
giraffe, hippo, zebra, antelope and loads more in this
well known reserve make this tour a great opportunity
to get out of the city and take it easy. The day is
enjoyed with the inclusion of lunch and the opportunity
to have a swim.

Visit
the Big Five game reserve in Kwa Zulu Natal famous for
it’s Rhino populations and home to the Black Rhino.
The reserve offers other opportunities of seeing lion,
buffalo, wild dog, antelope, elephant and many varieties
of other birds and animals. An early start ensures the
best opportunity of Game viewing.

on offer to a minimum requirement of open water one
or higher qualification, various options available for
all aspects of diving from a day dive to a full dive
course over 5 days. Note we also supply the transport
to get to Aliwal Shoal and back to Durban.

runs at 9:00am/12:00pm/3:00pm Price is R450-00 for 2
hours of riding and includes pick-up from any accommodation
in the Durban area and drop-off back at accommodation.
Bookings at the latest an hour and a half before next
scheduled trip. 45 minutes from Durban to quad bike
area.

requires a group of four people or bigger and can be
done any day of the week. Three fields to choose from,
at a cost of R 120-00 per person for 3 hours, includes
weapon and 80 paintballs. Protective clothes recommended.
